Privacy Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

The short version: we collect what you type into our forms and use it to source quotes and provider matches for you, which means sharing your request with the carriers and providers who can serve it. We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising trackers. Our marketing site uses Google Analytics to count visits; our intake site sets no cookies at all. Want your data corrected or deleted? Email us and we will do it.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, work email, phone number, company name and website, billing address, service addresses, and the answers you provide about your needs (bandwidth, seat counts, compliance requirements, and similar).
  • Correspondence: emails you exchange with us, and messages you send through the assistant on your requests page.
  • Standard technical logs: like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records requests (IP address, browser type, pages loaded) for security and reliability.

What we do with it

One purpose: getting you the right service at the right price. Concretely, we use your information to check carrier availability at your addresses, prepare recommendations and comparisons, send you your own receipts and results, follow up on your request, and keep simple statistics about how our site and forms are used (form statistics are counted on our own servers; the marketing site uses Google Analytics, described below), with no tracking of you across other sites.

Who we share it with, and why

Sourcing quotes and provider matches is the service, and it requires sharing your request with the people who can fill it:

  • Carriers, providers, and our partner network: we send them the details needed to price your request (service addresses, bandwidths, seat counts, and your business registration details). This is the heart of what you are asking us to do.
  • Infrastructure we run on: our hosting, database, email, and customer-record systems store data on our behalf, under their own security terms, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
  • Google address suggestions: the address fields on our intake forms use Google Maps autocomplete, so the text you type into those fields is sent to Google to produce suggestions, under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
  • Google Analytics: our marketing site (www.tricorenetworks.com) loads Google Analytics 4 to count visits and page views. Google receives the standard technical data of your visit (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site) and handles it under the same Google Privacy Policy. The intake site does not load it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Our marketing site (www.tricorenetworks.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga; they identify a browser, not a person, and they let Google report page views, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use these numbers only to understand how the site is used, never for advertising. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy, and you can block it with Google's browser opt-out add-on or by declining cookies in your browser settings.

Our intake site (intake.tricorenetworks.com) sets no cookiesand runs no analytics. The intake form keeps one short-lived value in your browser's session storage so a single visit's steps can be counted once; it identifies a visit, not you, and your browser discards it when the tab closes. We run no advertising pixels on either site. If any of this changes, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Email

Submitting a request gets you the emails that belong to it: your receipt, your results, and follow-ups from the person working your request. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a working unsubscribe, and opting out of marketing never affects emails about your active requests.

How long we keep it

We keep request records while your request is active and afterward as ordinary business records, so returning customers do not have to start from zero. If you want your information deleted sooner, email us (below) and we will delete it, unless a legal obligation requires keeping a specific record.

Security

Traffic to our sites is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), data is stored with access-controlled providers, and access to customer records is limited to the people working your request. No one can honestly promise perfect security; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Your choices

Email contact@tricorenetworks.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of which privacy law applies to you, and we respond promptly.

Children

Our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be called out plainly rather than buried.
