Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
The short version: we source connectivity and managed IT. You tell us what you need, we bring back what fits from real providers, and the sourcing service costs you nothing. Internet is the lane that comes back with a price. On the other four we connect you with providers in our national network, and they price the work. A quote becomes binding only when you sign with a provider, and you can walk away at any point before that.
When you buy through us, the provider pays Tricore a commission. We are paid by the provider you choose, not by you.
Who we are and what this covers
These terms cover your use of tricorenetworks.com and intake.tricorenetworks.com, operated by Tricore Networks, LLC ("Tricore", "we"). By using the sites or submitting a request, you agree to them.
What our service is
Tricore sources connectivity and managed IT nationally as a technology brokerage. We assess your needs, check availability, and source quotes and provider matches for services: internet, business VoIP, colocation, managed IT, cybersecurity, and related services, all delivered by third-party providers and carriers. We arrange; providers deliver. Priced quotes are the internet lane. For the other four categories we connect you with providers in our national network, and they price the work.
How we get paid
When you buy through us, the provider pays Tricore a commission. We are paid by the provider you choose, not by you.
Our quoting and sourcing work is free to you. We say this in the open because it is how this industry works and you deserve to know whose incentives are whose.
Quotes and recommendations
- Quotes, carrier menus, and recommendations are prepared in good faith from provider data and our own checks, but they are estimates until a provider accepts your order. Final pricing, terms, and installation are set in your agreement with the provider.
- Availability shown for an address reflects the best data available at the time of the check and can change on provider confirmation.
- Submitting a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Your part
Give us accurate information: addresses, contact details, and requirements. Only submit requests for a business you are authorized to represent. Do not misuse the sites: no attempts to break, probe, or overload them, no scraping other people's data, and no submitting requests under someone else's identity.
The assistant on your requests page
The requests page includes an automated assistant. It answers from your own request records, files changes straight to your Tricore solution architect, and does not quote pricing. It is a convenience, not a contract channel: commitments come from your Tricore solution architect and signed agreements, not from the assistant.
Our content
The sites, their design, and their content belong to Tricore or its licensors. Provider and carrier names belong to their owners; their appearance here means we can source their services, not that they endorse us.
What we do not promise
The sites and our sourcing service are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any particular service will be available at your address, that a provider will accept an order, or that the sites will be uninterrupted. Third-party services you purchase are governed by your agreement with that provider, and the provider is responsible for delivering them.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tricore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the sites or our sourcing service, and our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the sites after a change means the new terms apply.
